He was predeceased by: his mother Florence Harbin (Swain). He is survived by: his daughter Sabrina Harbin (Daren Pirner) of Port Republic; his grandchildren, Ryan Michael Ball, Jr. and Everett Wayne Pirner; his father John Harbin, Sr.; his siblings, Tina Vass (Christopher) of Chesapeake Beach and John Harbin, Jr. (Kelli) of Port Republic; and his nieces and nephews, Christina, Michael Vass, Kaitlin Rubinoski and Robert Kreilick.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rausch Funeral Home-Owings (8325 Mt Harmony Ln, Owings, MD 20736). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
