Mann of Lothian, Maryland, born in Orange, Virginia, who passed away on July 8, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Danelia Nelly Elizondo Mann; and his siblings, Dottie Flaherty, Gayle and Faye MacInstosh. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Gail Mann Newitt (Zachary) of Tracys Landing, MD and Cynthia Cummings of Frederick, MD; and his granddaughter Josslin Newitt Twitty (Aaron) of Lothian, MD. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
