He is survived by: his parents, Mary Anne Fisher (Joal Tedder) of Lothian, MD and Brian Lee Loy (Denise Brown) of Lusby, MD; his siblings, Tiffany Loy (Buddy Adkins) of Pasadena, MD and Garrett Loy of Lusby, MD; his stepsiblings, John Jumalln, Stacy Brown and Nicole Latham; his grandmother Evelyn Loy of Lothian, MD; his great-grandparent Ruth Loy of Shady Side, MD; his nieces and nephews, Ciara, Alexis, Kaileigh and Braceson; his uncles, Ricky Loy, Charles Fisher (Wanda Fisher) and Roy Fisher; his aunt Lisa Loy; his great-aunt Diane Loy (Don Collins); and his grandparents, Robert Caldwell, Thomas Rucker and Charles Fisher. He is also survived by cousins, other family and friends.
