He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; and his siblings, Charles Howard and Mary Paddy. He is survived by: his daughters, Maria Sames (Tim) of Churchton and Melissa Howard (Jeremy) of Elkton; his siblings, Wayne Howard of Bradenton, FL, Frank Howard of Tennessee, Gene Howard of Edgewater and Sandra Hunnell of Jessup; and his grandchildren, Skyler Sames, Mason Howard and Jeremy Berry, Jr..
