William Gerard Winner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Gerard Winner (Lonaconing, Maryland), who passed away on April 30, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernard F. Winner and Kathleen M. Winner (Rafferty); and his siblings, John "Lum" Winner, Bernard "Bud" Winner, Rose Marie Montgomery, Veronica E. Beckner and Mary Winner.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Winner; his children, Andrew Winner of Westminster and Carrie Winner of Thurmont; his stepchildren, Paula Healey and Dennis Ashby; his grandsons, Jacob Winner (Grace), Lucas Winner and Dalton Winner; and his siblings, James Winner (Betty Lou) of Lonaconing, Robert "Hank" Winner (Barbara) of Georgia, Libby Woods of Cumberland, Kay Larkin of Cumberland and Sister Kathleen Bernard of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
