She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Goodwin and Maria Goodwin (Jones); her husband Calvin Rankin of Defiance, PA.; her siblings, Helen Smith of Lonaconing, Colleen Kuhn of Ohio and Raymond Austin of Frostburg; her son-in-law Michael Criss of Clarksburg, MD; and her niece Arlene Beeman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marcia Criss of Clarksburg, MD, Lisa Hill (Charles) of Cumberland, MD and Melissa Mackley (Chuck) of Williamsport, MD; her grandchildren, Jennifer Hill Petosky, Jonathan Hill, Elizabeth Mackley and Christopher Mackley; and her brother Dr. Leslie Goodwin (Margaret Ann) of Bel Air, MD.
