Clark; and her siblings, Loretta C. Smith, Ada Verneda Kifer, Luther Grant Smith, Edgar M. "Pete" Smith Jr., Lloyd Wayne Smith, Robert D. Smith and Kenneth D. Smith.
She is survived by: her son Wheeler W. Clark Jr. (Leona Crain); her son-in-law Charles Hausrath of Fort Ashby, WV; her grandchildren, Mark Hoofnagle of Denver, CO, Amy Janousek of Wasilla, AK and Bradley Berry of Front Royal, VA; her great grandchildren, Keegan Clark, Audrey Hoofnagle, Julia Hoofnagle, Grant Hoofnagle, Makayla Janousek and Dominick Janousek; and her sisters-in-law, Faye Smith of Barton and Edna Clark of Lonaconing. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and their children and grandchildren.
