He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Fairgrieve Miller; his cousins, Helen Conlon Wilson, Carol Miller James (Bob) and Greg Miller (Wilma); his siblings-in-law, Sandy Fairgrieve Martin (Bill), Ginger Fairgrieve Lanthorn (Laura), Cathy Fairgrieve Logue and James Fairgrieve; and his friends, Bud and Nancy McCutcheon Evans. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
