She is survived by: her husband Ricky Bolyard; her daughters, Ashley Lynch (Jeremy), Rikki Bolyard, Haley Bolyard and Jordan Bolyard; her siblings, Lyanna Smith, Cleone Keller and Leo Wilt; and her close friend Kimberly Bennett. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
