He is survived by: his children, Billy Powell Jr. (Susan), Rick Powell, Scott Powell (Roxanne Rowe), Tracy Thomas and Ruppert Riley; his grandchildren, Shanna Powell, Jesse Powell (Brittany), Lydia Powell, Sadie Powell and Codi Sines (Josh); his great grandchildren, Isabell Peirce and Easton Sines; his niece Molly Lawrence (Mark); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madison and Maxwell.
