He is survived by: his wife Ellen Winebrenner (Green); his son Arlie Clifford Winebrenner Jr. (Susan); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Ann Fracasso (Chris), Rachel Lee Moore (Aaron), Veronica Ford, Sara Jean Weekes (Shane), Brandi Lynn Jefts (Eric) and David Wayne Rizer (Emilie); and his siblings, Joe, Eugene, Marlene and Carolyn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
