He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Nathaniel Riggleman and Freeda Cristina Riggleman (Bennett); his grandparents, Howard and Grethel Bennett; and his brother Gary Riggleman.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Riggleman (Fletcher); his daughters, Bobbie Visco (late Ralph Visco), Annette Yonker (Brian) and Misti Kerns (Irvin); his grandchildren, Adam Yonker (Morgann), Chad Yonker (Leah), Chandra Yonker (Dillon) and Robbie McCusker (Becky); his great grandchildren, Annie, Mystic, Trinity, Elizabeth, Jaden, Aria, Bryant, Gage, Audrey, Brantley, Lily, Annsley, Ellie, Cole, Payton, Rilee and Benton; his sisters, Connie Davis (late Homer Davis) and Nancy Shreve (Bill); and his nephews, Scott Turner and Evan Moran. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Home (404 Decatur St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
