He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Livingstone Engel, Sr. and Evelyn Mae Engel (Scott); his wife Brenda; his sons, Kenneth Livingstone Engel and Wayne Lester Engel; and his sisters, Betty Lou Willis and Shirley Jane Rivers.
He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Joyce Duve (Francis) of Olney; and his brother Richard Lee Engel (Cathy) of Pennsylvania.
