She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cornwell and Emmie Cornwell; her grandson Brian; her great grandchild Natalee Rose; and her siblings, Rodger, George, John, Lucian, Richard, Eston, Sarah, Edith and Barbara.
She is survived by: her husband Theodore Ray Smith; her daughters, Rita (Kenneth Smoot), Janet (Ed Edmonds), Donna (Clarence Smith), Karen (Jay Martin) and Sharon (Jimmy DeJordy); her grandchildren, Amanda (Justin), Lori (Dustin), Jennifer (Luke), Robbie, Christopher (Chrissy), Kenny (Samantha), Darryl, Emmie and Angela; her great grandchildren, Bridget, Faith, Tyler, Paige, Colton, Kimberly, Madeline, Bradley, Natalie, Kaitlyn, Lincoln, Mädchen, Jacobi, Izabelle and Indigo; her stepgranddaughter Amanda; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Brooke, Lane, Boone, Harper and Brynlea.
