John Luther Sowers Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Luther Sowers of Little Orleans, Maryland, born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on October 20, 2022 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Henry Sowers and Genevieve Amanda Sowers (Stotler); his siblings, Wilma Lanehart and Lewis Sowers; and his father-in-law George Yonker.
He is survived by: his great-nieces and great-nephews, Reagan, Callie, Georgie and Carly; his wife Judith "Judy" A. Sowers; his son Eric Sowers (Shannon); and his mother-in-law Violet Yonker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
