He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Judith Louise Mann (Hartman) and Dale Thomas Mann; his wife Dawn Mann (Iliff); his son Dusty Mann (Lisa); his stepdaughter Brandi Snyder (Jason); his grandchildren, Arisyn Mann, Hoyt Snyder and Maycie Snyder; and his siblings, Rodney Mann (Fran), Pam Norris (Greg) and Brenda Castle (Mike). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
