He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Creek and Julia Boden Creek; and his wife Etta Iona Fletcher Creek. He is survived by: his children, Harold W. Creek (Rachel) of Elizabeth, PA, Charlotte A. Kalina (Charles) of Little Orleans, MD, Julia Jupin (Richard) of Fayetteville, PA and Carl. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
