He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip H. Fletcher and Etta Fletcher (Price); and his siblings, Clem Fletcher, Phillip Fletcher, Allan Fletcher, Iona Creek, Valna Purnell, Margaret Fields and Grace Norma Lee Creek.
He is survived by: his spouse Delma Mae Fletcher (Miller); his niece Carol Riggleman (Robert) of Little Orleans; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bobbie Jo Visco of Berkeley Springs, W. V, Annette Yonker of Little Orleans and Misti Kerns of Little Orleans; his nephew Allan Fletcher (Wilma) of Little Orleans; and his siblings, Reba Munson and Aaron Fletcher.
