With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Blanche Edna Fishback of Little Orleans, Maryland, born in Goshen, Virginia, who passed away on July 21, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rodney Smith and Annie Jeannette Smith (Bradds); her husbands, John William Fishback, Sr. and Horace Lee Slenbaker; and her siblings, Maudie Minter, Fred Smith, John T. Smith, Glen Smith, Ira Smith and Frank D. Smith.

She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Duane Fishback (Darlene), John "Mickey" Fishback and Michael Fishback (Teresa); and her brother Alfred "Bob" R. Smith. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
