She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcelas "Clint" Wolfe and Dora Wolfe; her husband Vernon Ray Bailey; and her sisters, Opal Walter, Beryl Jacobs Gregory and Ruby Thomas.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Elizabeth Riffee (Gary) of Millersville, Maryland and Vernon Kyle Bailey (Angela) of Kinsale, Virginia; her granddaughter Lynn Neumann (Karl); her great grandchildren, Zachary of Millersville, Maryland, Benjamin of Millersville, Maryland and Joshua of Millersville, Maryland; her grandson John H. Shoemaker (Erin); her great grandchildren, Nicolas and Emma of Urbana, Maryland.; and her great great grandchild Lainey Neumann. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
