Conley (Jack); her sons, Jack (Michelle), Kevin (Jennifer) and Jeff (Joyce); her grandchildren, Mikala, Gregory, Patrick Conley, Erika, Matthew (Haley), Alaina Conley, Julia Conley, Kirk and Kayla Haynes; her sister Janice Koss (Howie); and her siblings-in-law, Beth Ryan (Bob), Peg, Tom and Pam Conley.
