She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude A. Gochenour and Ruth Marie Gochenour; her husband William C. Cowley; and her siblings, Claude Gochenour, Chester Gochenour, Harold Gochenour, Gene Gochenour, Archie Gochenour, Merle Gochenour, Charles Gochenour and MaryAnn Myers.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Schneider, Joseph Schneider, Craig W. Roper, Mark H. Roper and Susan Ann Neglia; her brother Donald Gochenour; and her grandchildren, John Schneider, Kassey Schneider, Anthony Neglia and Steven Schneider. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
