He is survived by: his children, William Bernell Barton (Lisa) of York and Karen L. Frankenfield (Kevin) of Severn; his girlfriend Eartha Pierce of Pasadena; his siblings, Herman Barton (Mary Katie) of Pembroke, NC, Donell Barton (Shevie) of Augusta, GA and Vashtie Locklear of Pembroke, NC; and his grandchildren, Tyler Barton, Corey Barton, Noah Frankenfield, Hailey Frankenfield and Jeremy Frankenfield.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home (421 Crain Hwy S, Glen Burnie, MD 21061). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Glen Haven Memorial Park (7231 Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie, MD 21061).
