She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Smith Sr.; her children, Christine Hield (Ron Gorby), Thomas Smith Jr. (Daniela Smith) and Valerie Severn (Paul Carlini); her grandchildren, Brittney Massengale (Kenny Massengale), Tracy McGee (Zachary McGee), Amber Bowers (Joshua Bowers), Daniel Severn (Christina Severn), Maribeth Fisher (Rick Fisher) and Garrett Severn; and her great grandchildren, Austin, Atlas, Blake, Morgan, McKaylee, Kinsley, Andrea, Hailey, John and Destiny.
