It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roxi Lynne Topper of Linthicum Heights, Maryland, born in Beeville, Texas, who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Kevin Williams. She is survived by: her parents, Darrall K. Johanson and Mary Christine Johanson (Sullivan); her husband Michael Topper; her children, Taylor Jae Kane (Shawn) of Linthicum and Johnny Cole Owens of Pasadena; her stepdaughter Caitlin Elizabeth Panzarella (Johnathan) of Crofton; her siblings, Darrall Williams of Kerrville, TX and Jenny Williams of San Antonio, TX; and her grandchildren, Eden, Maddy, Addy, Easton, Jameson, Greyson of Harper, JJ and Austin. She is also survived by extended family, including her aunt and many cousins.
