It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Oursler Sr. (Linthicum Heights, Maryland), who passed away on December 6, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his spouse Elizabeth A. Oursler; and his sibling Elizabeth Hoover. He is survived by: his children, Richard Jr., Michael Oursler, John Oursler and Kathy Miller; his grandchildren, John Jr., Kristin, Gina, Megan and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Lillian and Jackson; and his siblings, Janet Ruff and Mary Leighton.
