He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia Harr; his daughter Tammy Renee Harr-Turpin (Michael Russell Turpin); his siblings, Steven D. Harr and Katherine Wood; his granddaughter Samantha Noelle Turpin; and his brother Donald G. Harr.
