He is survived by: his wife Irma Eastland (Young); his children, Eric Franklin Eastland (Sheila) and Julia Shoneff of Linthicum; his grandchildren, Ambre Shoneff, Matthew Shoneff, Monica Reyes (Randall), Parker Eastland, Paige Eastland and Caitlin Miller (Derek); and also, Janet Wilson and Allan Wilson. He is also survived by wife, family, relatives and friends.
