It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lotz Sr. of Linthicum Heights, Maryland, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 12, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. As David departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though David may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy David leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Lotz, (Wilton) and William H. Lotz, Sr.; and his siblings, William H. Lotz, Jr., Joseph S. Lotz, Ruth Lotz and Joan McGraw.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne M. Lotz (Shuler); and his children, David A. Jr. of Chesapeake, VA, Andrew W. Lotz of Gambrills, Timothy J. Lotz of Silver Spring and Bonnie J. Rubel of Glen Burnie. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
