He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Willey, Sr. and Lena Rebecca Fitzhugh Willey; and his siblings, Betsy Willey and Robert W. Willey, Jr. (Bobby). He is survived by: his son Ryan; his daughter-in-law Lilia Willey; his grandson Sean Willey; and his brother Eldridge Willey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
