He is survived by: his wife Kathi Hayden Ezley Ciotola; his daughters, Kathy Jo Elzey (Scott Frankel) and Rebecca Jane Elzey; his grandchildren, Royce Elzey and Joseph Frankel; his brother Carl Ciotola; his nephew Cody John Ciotola (Elizabeth Walston); and his sisters-in-law, Janie Hayden and Rachel Gabrielsen.
