She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Todd Miller and Robert Miller; and her brother Robert "Bobby" Miller. She is survived by: her husband Levin Insley Willey; her son Ryan; her daughter-in-law Lilia Willey of Salisbury; her grandson Sean Willey; her sisters, Pam Miller Cusick and Cindy Miller Boluk; her caregiver Helen Griffiths; and her friends, Margaret Pennewell and Donna Noble. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
