He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin Warner and Wanda McFarland Warner; and his wife Lynne Hartwell Warner. He is survived by: his children, Scott Warner (Erica) of Manchester, Jennifer Miller (Brian) of Manchester and Stacey Graf (Dan) of Hampstead; his grandchildren, Kaeden, Kelsey, Jackson, Avery, Cheyenne, Cole and Breiah; and his brother Allen W. Warner (Kate) of Lineboro.
