With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sue Purcell (Lexington Park, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on September 28, 2018 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Pat Magee of Drayden and Sallie Springer of Valley Lee. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Aler Magee and Mary Elizabeth Jones Magee; her husband Charles K. Purcell of Lexington Park; her children, Liz Purcell Leskinen (John) of Leonardtown, Kirk Purcell (Connie) of Lexington Park and Scott Purcell (Mary) of Tampa; her brother Jim Magee (Chris) of Ocean Springs, MS.; her great grandchild Harper Purcell of Marysville; her son Jim Magee; her brother John Leskinen; her son-in-law Zakary Purcell; and her grandson David Purcell.
Charles took loving care of Sue in their family home as she battled and ultimately succumbed to Alzheimer's disease.
