He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Taylor and Helena Taylor; and his brother Joel A. Taylor, Sr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Eugene Taylor (Becky) of Seattle, WA, Beverly Taylor-Mack of Jacksonville, FL, Jacqueline Miller (Willie), Samuel Taylor (Charles) of Seattle, WA and Caroline Kenely (Henry) of Fort Washington, MD; his uncle Oliver Taylor; and his cousin DeAngelo "Buzz" Hatton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
