He is survived by: his wife Nellie Nolan (Helen); his children, Patricia Whiting, Windy Plush and Francis Xavier Nolan, Jr.; his grandchildren, Jazmine, Jayde Whiting and Andrew Plush; and his sisters, Theodoris Awkward and Shelia McPherson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives, friends, and neighbors.
