He is survived by: his siblings, Daniel Douglas Hulbert, Donna Diane Wallingsford (Emil Wallingsford), Catherine Louise Hulbert and Edward John Hulbert, Jr. (Lisa Hulbert); and his significant other Anna Huffman.
