She is survived by: her husband Robert Carter; her children, Steven Carter, Yvette Johnson (Adrian) and Brandon Carter (Marley); her grandchildren, Jaylen Johnson, Tyeson and Mason Carter; her siblings, Robert Fenwick, Sr. (Dottie), Philip Fenwick (Allison), Charles Fenwick (Glenda), Agnes Fenwick, Brenda Butler (Darnell), Alma Elaine Somerville (Pernell, Sr.), Phyllis Stevens and Cathy Bush (Tommy); her godchildren, Pernell Somerville, Jr., Crystal Banks and Briana Hall; her close friend Pamela LeGrant; and her nieces, Yvonne Brooks and Agnes Delores Jones. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
