He was predeceased by: his mother Norma Catherine Schultz Vincent; and his wife Barbara Ann Porter Vincent of Andrew's Church. He is survived by: his children, Debra Noel Hall of Great Mills, Theresa Beth Lawrence (Dave) of Okeechobee, Carol Ann Strohmeyer (Joe) of Leonardtown, Wayne Lester Vincent, Jr. (Wendy) of Fernandina Beach and Michael John Vincent (Debora) of Chaptico. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
