It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Wilkinson (Leonardtown, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on April 4, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Augusta Stephens and Jesse Ellis Stephens; her husband Eugene William Wilkinson; and her siblings, William Stephens and Linda Stephens.
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Patrick Wilkinson of King George, VA and David Brian Wilkinson (Cindy) of Leonardtown, MD..
