He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph C. Worch Jr. and Marjorie Preston Worch; his stepmother Ruth Worch; his son Richard S. Quigg Jr.; and his brother Rev. Donald Worch.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his son Jay; his daughter-in-law Jayne Worch (Drayden, MD); his grandchildren, Lauren Oliver (Nick), Brady Quigg, Colin Quigg, Carley Worch and Thomas Worch; and his brothers, Denny Worch and Rick Worch (Ann). He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home (41590 Fenwick St, Leonardtown, MD 20650). A prayer was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Mattingly-Gardiner Funeral Home (41590 Fenwick St, Leonardtown, MD 20650). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Aloysius Catholic Church (22800 Washington St, Leonardtown, MD 20650).
