He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Paul and Neale Bowen Paul; and his brother Wayne Paul. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Castleberry Paul; his sisters, Victoria Mattingly and Eleanore Hall; his sons, Robert A. Paul, Jr. and Patrick W. Paul; his stepsons, Kevin E. Mullen (Jody) and Scott T. Mullen (Rachel); his grandchildren, Emily Zoltowski (Zandy), Zachary Mullen, Kylie Mullen, Lucas Mullen, Thomas Mullen and Wesley Mullen; and his great grandchild Henry Zoltowski.
