It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Melvin (Leonardtown, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on November 23, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvia Buckmaster and John Lee Melvin; and his brothers, Albert Tracy, Jr. and Wesley Tracy. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Melvin; and his children, Lee Melvin "Claire" of Berkley, MA and Jason Melvin of Mechanicsville, MD.
