She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin "Bob" Albaugh and Valrea Albaugh; her brothers, Donald and Daniel Albaugh; her son Bob Simons (Vickie); and her husbands, Aloysius "Wishie" Simons and Willard "Will" Broms.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Simons (Myra), Donna Burris (Dan), Fred Broms and Ed Broms. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 31 spunky great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to St. Mary's Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, Md., where "Phyl and Will" spent their last days being cared for, as she once cared for others.
