She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Horchar and Helen Horchar of Homer City, PA; and her son Stanley Stachelczyk. She is survived by: her sisters, Agnes Zometsky (Walter) of Poughkeepsie, NY and Frances "Mimi" Yanoscsik (James) of Homer City, PA; her sons, Gregory Stachelczyk (Susan) of California, MD and Al Stack (Norma) of Port St; her grandchildren, Christie Deighan (Patrick), Zachary Stachelczyk of California, MD, Michael Stack and Tom Stack of Port St; and her great grandchild Henry Deighan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
