He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Samuel B. Elbon and Mary Anne Crist; his siblings, Cathy Anne Costabile (Chris) of Lusby, MD and Dan Elbon (Lauren) of Centreville, VA; and his nieces and nephews, Brett, Alison, Holly, Victoria, Tucker, Ryan, Maggie, Joy and Jack.
