She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton R. Mattingly and Hattie M. Mattingly; her husband Robert Michael Blasko; and her brother Raymond Mattingly. She is survived by: her children, Michael Clinton Blasko, Sharon Ann Hall and Timothy Robert Blasko (Nora); her grandchildren, Joanna M. Newingham (James), Joseph B. Hall (Chelsea) and Amanda Marie Walters (Jamie); her stepgrandchildren, Noah, Hannah and Luke Wichrowski; and her great grandchildren, Skylar and Madyson Newingham.
