She is survived by: her husband Richard Hayes Jr.; her sibling Along; her children, Richard "Rick" Hayes III (Toni) and Russell Hayes; her granddaughters, Rita Hayes and Katie Madison (Brandon); and her children, Karlie, Kendra, Kamryn, Karsyn, Emma, Weston, Ella, Nash, Jason, Dean, Rowan and Haven.
