We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2021, at the age of 97, Margaret Ingwersen (Leonardtown, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert H. Ingwersen; her children, Karen Ingwersen and Steven Ingwersen; her parent Sophia White; and her siblings, Vester, Salata, Bea, Curly and Randolph.
She is survived by: her children, Robert C. Ingwersen (Linda) of Bowie, Adele Adams of Swan Point, Jean Morgan (Thomas) of Mechanicsville and Earl R. Ingwersen (Mary) of Annapolis; her grandchildren, Frank Manuel Jr., Paula Murdock, Tod Ingwersen, Gretchen Steed, Bree Buckler and Heather Myers; her great grandchildren, Shelby, Gage Murdock, Hudson, Will, Matthew Buckler, Callie, Emma Ingwersen, Juliana Whelan, Cora, Reece Myers and Cameron Hooks; her great great grandchildren, Lila, Nixie and Keeva; and her sister Adele Stein. She is also survived by six children, six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Shriners Children's Hospital and/or to Hospice of St. Mary's.
