He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Mozingo (Samuels) and Linwood Mozingo, Sr.; and his sister Hazel Thrift. He is survived by: his wife Jacquelin "Jackie" Mozingo of Leonardtown, MD; his children, Mark Mozingo (Nellisha Ramdass) of Fredricksburg, VA and Jenna Mattingly (Kyle Mattingly) of Leonardtown, MD; his grandsons, Sawyer and Boen Mattingly; his nephew Tony Thrift (Madeline Thrift); and his nieces, Sandra Bray and Donna Lewis.
